Lying in Family Court

Having been a lawyer for a number of years, I now know that there are always two sides of a story. Often I go to court and can't figure out who is telling the truth. Sometimes it takes a long time before I get some feel for the truth. The following article addresses some of the reasons and possible solutions to this issue in the family court context.
